The GTR is an absolute
High-Tech vehicle, developed for the racetrack, built by TECHNOCARS
using the most
advanced components available.
     
    
     
Chassis
-
Powdercoated spaceframe using mainly 38mm x 1.5mm dia tube MIG
welded. Paneled in 1.5mm NS4 black hard anodized alloy sheet. Designed to accept engines
up to 750 bhp. Defined crashzones on front and sides and a rollcage
designed according to the FIA regulations
328mm curved vane
vented disc brakes with 4 pot fully aluminum front calipers (
6 pot optional) and fully aluminum 4 pot calipers with integrated mechanical
handbrake in rear .

Adjustable brake bias
front to rear. All s/s steelbelted TÜV hoses, s/s brake lines.

Alloy sports rack and
pinion 2.4 turns lock to lock.

TIG welded double unequal
length wishbones with nylatron joints. Alloy uprights in LM25. Fully
adjustable coil spring dampers allowing 50 - 140 mm ground clearance.

Laminated glass. Full
U.S.A. and European certified

Bodywork unstressed GRP laminate with
carbon - reinforced zones.

Swingdoors, triple
headlight system, diode lights in the rear, interior using carbon,
aluminium and leather.
